A Two-Sided Marketplace for Charlotte

We connect two groups who need each other: food trucks and caterers looking for places to set up, and venues looking for great food to bring to their customers.

Venues — breweries, taprooms, apartment complexes, HOAs, office parks, event spaces — can post open time slots. Food trucks browse those slots, apply to the ones that fit, and get booked. It's that simple.

How It Works for Venues

Create your free account, add your location details, and post time slots whenever you want food trucks on-site. You control everything: how many trucks per slot, whether applications are auto-approved or manually reviewed, and whether the slot is marked as urgent fill.

When a food truck applies, you'll get an email and SMS notification. Approve or deny right from your dashboard.

How It Works for Food Trucks

Sign up, build your profile with your cuisine type, menu, and photos, then browse open slots across Charlotte. When you find one that works, apply with one click. If the venue approves you (or if it's an auto-approve slot), you're locked in.

There's a one-time $15 booking fee per confirmed slot — that's it. No subscriptions, no percentage cuts, no hidden fees.

Catering Too

If you offer catering services, toggle it on in your profile. You'll appear in our public catering directory where anyone in Charlotte can send you an inquiry — complete with event date, guest count, and budget range.
